Dans ce contexte, les comportements d\u2019achat des consommateurs ont connu de profondes mutations et les entreprises ont d\u00fb faire preuve de r\u00e9silience et d\u2019une grande adaptabilit\u00e9. Alors que la pand\u00e9mie a mis de nombreux acteurs \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat, certains sont parvenus \u00e0 tirer leur \u00e9pingle du jeu. Grand gagnant de cette situation sanitaire sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent : l\u2019e-commerce. La part des ventes en ligne (produits et services) a connu une hausse de 8,5% et atteint 112 milliards d\u2019euros en 2020 [1]. Entre ces deux p\u00e9riodes, les ventes sont rest\u00e9es \u00e0 un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9. Le e-commerce ne repr\u00e9sentait que 9,8% du commerce de d\u00e9tail en 2019, il en repr\u00e9sente aujourd\u2019hui 13,4%\u00a0[2]. Le secteur a vu l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouveaux acteurs alors absents du paysage (magasins physiques) et a jou\u00e9 pour ces derniers un v\u00e9ritable r\u00f4le d\u2019amortisseur \u00e9conomique en leur permettant de conserver une activit\u00e9. Au contraire, les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s entre les commer\u00e7ants se sont renforc\u00e9es. Face aux g\u00e9ants du e-commerce (Amazon, Cdiscount, Fnac, Vente-priv\u00e9e, eBay\u2026), les commer\u00e7ants connaissent des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019imposer. Plus segmentant encore, tous les secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s n\u2019ont pas connu la m\u00eame croissance. Ainsi, certains secteurs ont vu leurs ventes en ligne augmenter\u00a0: m\u00e9dias (+46%), grande distribution (+42%), pharmacie \/ parapharmacie (+25%) et t\u00e9l\u00e9com (+23%). Alors que d\u2019autres ont connu une forte baisse de trafic\u00a0: joaillerie (-25%), voyage (-22%), luxe (-19%), retail mode (-14%)\u00a0[4].<\/p>\n<p>Quelles sont les perspectives pour ces acteurs du e-commerce qui peinent \u00e0 trouver leur place\u00a0? Dans ce contexte ultra concurrentiel soumis \u00e0 de fortes mutations technologiques, il est essentiel de proposer des services et des outils de vente en ligne toujours plus innovants, disruptifs et efficients afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la rentabilit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des attentes clients exigeantes qui soul\u00e8vent de nombreux d\u00e9fis<\/h2>\n<p>La COVID-19 a modifi\u00e9 profond\u00e9ment les comportements d\u2019achat. D\u2019une part, elle a renforc\u00e9 et confirm\u00e9 les habitudes des consommateurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 familiers aux achats digitalis\u00e9s. D\u2019autre part, la crise sanitaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019occasion pour de nombreux consommateurs d\u2019adopter de nouveaux comportements d\u2019achat. Ainsi, 9% des consommateurs r\u00e9alisent plus d\u2019achat en ligne qu\u2019avant la crise sanitaire et 6 personnes sur 10 affirment vouloir continuer d\u2019effectuer leurs achats en ligne une fois la crise pass\u00e9e. En effet, 80% d\u2019entre eux affirment qu\u2019ils recommenceront \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des achats digitalis\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0non-essentiels\u00a0\u00bb post-confinement\u00a0[5]<a href=\"https:\/\/35cc4c6d-620a-48e1-bf8e-08c42e631022\/#_ftn1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ce nouveau vivier de clients, l\u2019e-commerce semble avoir de belles perspectives devant lui. Mais le consommateur n\u2019est jamais acquis. Bien que la r\u00e9ouverture des magasins et un retour \u00e0 la normal peinent \u00e0 \u00eatre annonc\u00e9s, les acteurs du e-commerce doivent parvenir \u00e0 convertir et fid\u00e9liser ces nouveaux clients en vue d\u2019une croissance durable. En recherche d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience client omnicanale irr\u00e9prochable, les consommateurs attendent des acteurs du e-commerce des services innovants et efficaces, garantissant coh\u00e9rence, accessibilit\u00e9, fluidit\u00e9 et rapidit\u00e9. \u00c0 ces exigences s\u2019ajoutent des attentes exacerb\u00e9es par la crise\u00a0tels que le besoin de personnalisation, d\u2019humanisation et de proximit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le e-commerce conna\u00eet depuis le d\u00e9but de la crise sanitaire de profondes mutations. Les comportements d\u2019achats ont rapidement \u00e9volu\u00e9 en faveur de la vente en ligne. Pour autant, les acteurs du e-commerce vont devoir faire face \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9fis,\u00a0dans un contexte ultra concurrentiel o\u00f9 les attentes des consommateurs se font de plus en plus exigeantes.
